Knead the paste thoroughly to ensure the gums are activated as this will achieve maximum pliability and strength.Use a small amount of icing sugar on your work surface and rolling pin, and roll to the desired thickness.Store any unused sugar paste in an airtight container or sealed bag away from humidity, heat and bright lights. Suitable for Vegetarians and Vegans No artificial colours or flavours * Cake coverage achieved with 3.4kg : 10″ x 8″ round, 12″ x 4″ round, 10″ x 2″ square** You can microwave the paste for a few seconds to bring it up to ambient temperature but please note: microwaving the paste will not activate the gums required to give it it’s pliability.
