This allows the Bouquet Paste to be rolled to a thickness of 1mm, whilst maintaining it’s strength and flexibility. This makes it the superior choice for working with cutters, and modelling very fine details such as sugar flowers and leaves.Colour with concentrated paste colours, or mix with any pre-coloured ready to roll icing.The paste comes in a resealable pot with inner bag to maintain freshness and is best stored in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
