Like Saracino’s other popular pastes, it’s elasticity allows it to be rolled to a thickness of 1mm, whilst maintaining it’s strength and flexibility.The unique formula of this paste also allows it to be worked in high temperatures (up to 30 degrees) and humidity. The icing has a delicate caramel scent and flavour and deliciously smooth texture.Colour with concentrated paste colours, or mix with any pre-coloured ready to roll icing.The paste comes in a resealable pot with an inner bag to maintain freshness and is best stored in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
