Saracino White Sugar Paste – 5kg Considered a ‘top of the range’ sugar pastes, Saracino White Sugar Paste is manufactured in Italy and is highly regarded by sugar crafters for its elasticity and flawless smooth texture. This ready to roll Fondant Sugarpaste is extremely elastic and can be used to cover cakes without creating the ‘elephant skin’ style cracking that can occur with other pastes. Like Saracino’s other popular pastes, it’s elasticity allows it to be rolled to a thickness of 1mm, whilst maintaining it’s strength and flexibility. The unique formula of this paste also allows it to be worked in high temperatures (up to 30 degrees) and humidity. The icing has a delicate caramel scent and flavour and deliciously smooth texture. The paste comes in a resealable pot for easy storage with an inner bag to maintain freshness and is best stored in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.   How To Use Saracino White Sugar Paste is designed to be used straight from the pack but should be well kneaded before use, then simply dust your work area with a light coating of icing sugar, roll out the icing, using firm, even pressure and you’re ready to go. Saracino Fondant’s unique formula also allows it to be worked in high temperatures (up to 30 degrees) and humidity.
