Our square single-thick cake cards measure 1.8mm thickness and are ideal for smaller bakes such as cupcakes, gateaux, light sponge cakes and desserts.These cut edge cake cards are an economical alternative to our standard ‘turned edge’ variant, the only difference being that the edges are cut and ‘unfinished’ (not covered in silver paper). This makes them perfect for cakes where the edge cannot be seen (tiered cakes)If your cake requires more support, you may want to consider our square 3mm silver double thick cake cards, our 3mm hardboards, or our square 13mm silver cake drums.
